The theme of the interior is based on the main dining room of a castle, evoking an air of elegance and fantasy. As soon as you step inside, a space reminiscent of a castle unfolds before your very eyes.

SPA ROSE (2F)
A relaxing space for unwinding and soothing both mind and body after a fun-filled day.
As well as relaxation services, the bathing facilities for women also feature a mist sauna and a whirlpool.
Amenities such as towels and shampoo are available at the spa.
Payment can be made at the spa entrance counter.

Parking fees
Please present your parking ticket to the front desk.
We will return the parking ticket that has been processed for accommodation.
How to pay
Please declare your use of the parking lot at the front desk and receive a parking service ticket.
Please pay at the payment machine on the day of arrival.
You will need to enter your vehicle license plate number and a parking service ticket.

When leaving our parking during your stay
You can leave our parking as many times as you want during your stay.
After paying the parking fee according to the length of stay, you can enter and exit the parking lot as many times as you like until 14:00 on the day of departure.

Late Parking Service
If you want to extend the parking time after check-out on weekdays, you can use it for an additional 1,700yen between 14:00-24:00.
Please pay at the payment machine on the day of departure.
* After 24:00 on the check-out date, it will be 600yen per 1 hour.
* Golden Week, year-end and New Year holidays etc. are not applicable.
Non-stop Departure
(TV check out system)
Guests who are not required to settle accounts on departure are able to take advantage of the "Non-stop Departure" system.
Please return the key card to the drop box in the first-floor elevator hall or to the front desk.
How to use
Please confirm that there is no additional checkout at the time of departure.
If you have additional payments or refunds, please come check out at reception.
Caution
- Non-stop Departure is not available after 12:00 on the check-out date.
- After using the Non-Stop Departure, you will not be able to put any charge to room.
Housekeeper will clean the room after using the Non-stop Departure, so please leave as soon as possible. - If there are any matters that we will confirm after using Non-stop Departure, we may contact you.

Q1 What kind of rental equipment are available?
Please see the accommodation page for details.
Additional towels can also be arranged.
Please note that the stock is limited, so please understand when it is out of stock.
Q2 Are there amenities for children?
In the drawer under the TV there is a toothbrush set for children, slippers and nightwear (for height 100-115cm).
Q3 Can I drink water from the two faucets in the washroom?
Both are drinkable because of tap water. In order to improve convenience for families and large groups, we have prepared two faucets.
Q4 Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Yes.There is only a cold insulation function, no strong cooling or freezing function.
If you wish to keep it frozen, we will keep it at the Bell desk（1F）.
Also, there is an ice machine in the elevator hall (the side where there are 3 elevators) on the 3F - 11F.
Q5 Is there a microwave?
Available at Hotel Shop First Select(1F/8:00-23:00)and Hotel Bakery HoneyBee(1F/7:30-12:30&14:30-22:30)
Outside of business hours, you take it to the Front desk (1F), we will warm it up and hand it over.
Q6 Are there vending machines?
It is located on the 3F - 11F elevator hall (the side where there are 3 elevators). The ice machine is also located in the same place.
Q7 Is there a smoking area?
There is one place outside the hotel.Exit the main entrance and follow the wall to the left.
* Please refrain from smoking outside of smoking areas (including e-cigarettes).
Q8 How do I check out?
Guests who are not required to settle accounts on departure are able to take advantage of the "Non-stop Departure" system and check out via their room.
Q9 Can I send luggages from the hotel?
Available at the Guest Service Counter (1F).(Reception hours / 7:00-13:00)
The fee will be the fare + hotel commission 520yen + materials (cardboard etc.) fee. Please refill it into cardboard.
